Q. Are pets allowed in the caravan?
A. Pets are only allowed in Rowen Meadow (RM 15). Please contact us for further details regarding this.

Q. Is the changeover day flexible?
A. All breaks must be booked Saturday to Saturday, unless arranged otherwise.

Q. What time can we get into the caravan on our day of arrival?
A. The caravans are ready from 3pm, you must depart at 10am on day of departure.

Q. Do we have to provide our own duvets and pillows?
A. Duvets and pillows are provided however you are responsible to bring your own bed linen. However we can provide ben linen at an additional cost. Please see the Booking Form for details.

Q. Is the caravan wheelchair accessible?
A. Unfortunately no, however we are currently trying to provide access for wheelchairs. The website will be updated when this is available.
